Product Designer (UI/UX) & Qualitative UX Researcher
I have 2+ years of experience crafting SaaS solutions, backed strongly by user research, usability testing and empathy.
I recently graduated with a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from RIT, New York.
Worked as a Product Designer at Rochester Regional Health, serving over 3,000+ nurses across 12 hospitals, strategizing and owning a nursing competency application, end-to-end.
Led research study and authored research papers (currently under review) on human-AI collaboration in qualitative data analysis and recommending design features for AI-based tools to increase trust and ownership, as a UX Researcher at Rochester Institute of Technology.
